I hear people say they got permanent eye liner but they seem to go back twice a year for "touch ups".....that definitely is NOT permanent make up. I can and have identified her work several times with random people.....she Is that good. Today I am taking my cousin to see Donna for some corrective work that she had done where she lives in San Francisco. I can't wait to see her after all these years!!!"

"I wouldn't usually write a review about having something physically done to any part of my body. But, here goes! I first went to Donna about 36 years ago. She did a marvelous job on my eyebrows. So a little later I went to have my eyeliner done. The hair on my eyebrows fell out so my tattoo faded. But having done it with other artists, not from Oahu. It didn't last as long as hers did. To this day my eyeliner is as perfect as it was when she did it. I moved back here and was so excited that I found her. She is so compassionate about her work and a perfectionist. If you want to have something done right you need to go to Donna. And she is so sweet and kind. She makes you feel comfortable."

"I went to Donna to have my eyebrows tattooed as well as my upper eyelid and lower eyelid. I must say that till today I have never regretted it. The first I m eyebrow tattoo was in 1987 when Donna was first starting out. I had a tattoo done at her house. It was something that I was hesitant to do but when ahead and did it anyway. "I absolutely love my new eyebrows and highly recommend Donna. Several years ago, I had melanoma removed from my eyebrow area and have scar tissue instead of about a third of my brow. Frustrated with my penciled in brow getting washed away while working out or swimming, I finally decided to get my eyebrows tattooed. I had checked out several shops and reviews on Yelp. While Donna didn't have the highest rating, I like the endorsement of plastic surgeons. If medical professionals refer people to her, I think that is a good sign. I also like that she has been in business for 35 years. When I visited her shop, it was not as fancy as some of the "spas" that do eyebrows, but I am guessing that is one reason her prices are more reasonable than most shops (lower overhead). As a bonus, I thought Donna was the sweetest, most down to earth lady! I felt an instant connection with her. Also, bonus of all bonuses, Donna told me she comes in early each day and prays that she will do a great job for her clients. As a Christian, I thought that was pretty cool. Believe me, I was praying the same thing since this procedure is permanent and on the face!"
